TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services Offered

Sony Enterprises provides repair and maintenance services for home appliances including air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, LED TVs, microwave ovens, and RO water purifiers. We offer one-time services and, for selected customers, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

2. Payment

Payments can be made in cash or via UPI at the time of service. At our store, we also accept debit and credit cards. All services require a visitation fee upon the technician’s evaluation, which will be adjusted against the final bill if services are rendered.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If we are unable to repair your appliance, a full refund of the service fee will be issued. Customers may cancel the service at any time prior to the commencement of repairs; however, the visitation fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Warranty

We offer varying warranties depending on the appliance serviced, ranging from 7 days to 6 months. Specific warranty terms will be provided upon completion of services. In the unlikely event of a dispute that leads to legal action, we are prepared to comply with the appropriate legal processes.

5. Data Collection

We collect necessary customer information, including name, contact number, and address, for service fulfillment purposes only. Details about the appliance are also collected to assist in diagnostics and repairs.

6. Changes to Services or Terms

Sony Enterprises reserves the right to modify the terms and services offered.
